• Case Mix:
  • Majority Case mix: Cardiac, General, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedic, Spine, Vascular, and GI
  • Other: General, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedic, Spine
• Required Procedures: Epidurals and Spinals
• Care Team Model: 24 CRNA; 8 MD
• Coverage:
• 7:00am-3:00pm; 7:00am-5:00pm
• Call: Required
• EMR System: EPIC

• Certification: BC ABA
• License: Active Florida upon presentation
• Life Certifications: ACLS, ATLS
