With that, we are looking for a hard-working, dedicated Foreman to join our team and help us continue to grow

Responsibilities:

• Lead the maintenance crew(s) to ensure all accounts are completed within guidelines, budget, and work hours.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, as well as provide timely and effective assistance as needed by the customer.
• Ensure safety on every project by enforcing safety training as well as consistently monitor job sites for potential safety hazards.
• Managing crew time sheets and turning them into supervisors' daily
• Other duties assigned by the Owner

Qualifications:

• At least 1 to 3 years experience in the Landscape industry
• Experience as crew leader/foreman
• Must have valid driver's license, with experience pulling a trailer.
• Ability to carry out and communicate to others detailed written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor (may be required to perform in an environment that included such activities as bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, climbing, reaching, standing, pushing, pulling and grasping, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, and 50 lbs. regularly
