Pondosa Projects specializes in transformative renovations and infill development to complement the urban fabric and revitalize the historic walkable neighborhoods of Baltimore.

We Are Urgently Hiring a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager with extensive experience managing commercial and residential projects in Baltimore, Maryland. Using your past experience and a variety of technological tools, you will expertly facilitate the company's building projects and provide a top-level experience for our customers. A typical Pondosa project is worth between $200,000 and $2 million, and you will directly oversee up to five such projects at a time. You will work work at least 40 hours per week in variety of settings: on your active construction sites, in the company's offices, and remotely.

The Successful Candidate must be passionate about construction and the opportunity to positively impact Baltimore's urban landscape, be a citizen or green card holder in the United States, have at least three years of experience managing commercial and residential construction projects in the United States, be fluent in English and able to communicate in other languages, be able to work independently and coordinate a large number of tasks with minimal supervision, be able to learn and operate the company's project management software (Buildertrend), be extremely organized, be personable, friendly and outgoing, have your own transportation, phone/computer/tablet and basic construction tools, and be willing and able to work outside in any season and navigate active construction sites.

As Compensation for your efforts, we offer a generous salary commensurate with experience, along with paid time off for vacation and volunteering, medical/dental/vision, 401k, paid meals and gas, performance bonuses and regular company outings. Other benefits such as profit sharing, tool reimbursement and company vehicles may be available depending on company performance. As we are a small company, all new hires will complete a three-month probationary period prior to becoming regular full-time employees to ensure you are a good fit.
