Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking to expand our office and are seeking an experience project manager who will be responsible for overseeing several commercial masonry construction projects.  The individual will manage the project from award to close-out, working closely with field staff, material, and equipment vendors.  This person needs to work well with others, be organized and detail oriented, work on deadlines, and keep project on track and within budget. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects in various phases of construction
• Oversee all aspects of construction project from bid to closeout
• Develop and manage customer relationships with current and potential customers
• Manage and evaluate pricing and scheduling for current and upcoming projects.
• Track and analyze project profitability
• Manage billing, change management, costs, and profitability
• Work with project team to coordinate work with other trades
• Review and identify project scope as it pertains to masonry

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Project planning and implementation
• Experience in estimating masonry would be beneficial
