About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee water, fire, mold, and contents restoration projects from emergency response through mitigation and stabilization. This role is responsible for managing projects, leading field teams, coordinating schedules, and serving as the primary point of contact for the branch, customers and insurance partners. What You’ll Do
- Manage restoration projects from first response through completion of mitigation and contents
- Develop, estimate, and manage accurate scopes of work in compliance with IICRC standards
- Prepare estimates, supplements, and documentation
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet client expectations and commitments
- Optimize operational processes and implement best practices
- Serve as the main contact for property owners, adjusters, and internal teams
- Lead, schedule, and manage all field personnel
- Hire, onboard, and build your field teams in alignment with company guidelines along with training and on the job quality control
- Oversee daily production, job scheduling, and manpower planning
- Maintain a consistent daily presence in the field, actively overseeing jobsites and production quality
- Ensure safety, documentation, and quality standards are met on every project
- Ensure proper equipment upkeep, inventory control, and vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate smooth handoffs to the Repair Division when reconstruction is required
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of restoration project management experience
- Strong background in water mitigation, fire/smoke cleaning, mold remediation, and contents
- Experience managing residential and commercial losses
- Solid understanding of the insurance claims process
- Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously
- Proficiency in Xactimate programs & docusketch
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Preferred Certifications
- IICRC WTR, ASD, AMRT, FSRT
- IICRC OCT / CDS
