We are seeking a highly engaged, hands-on Project Manager with *5+ years of experience* leading Agile teams and delivering complex products. This role requires deep expertise in *Jira*, strong ownership of *sprint execution*, and the ability to operate at the intersection of *project management and product ownership*. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with teams building *AI-enabled solutions*.
Use of current AI frameworks and accelerators is a must. Product experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end project delivery using *Agile/Scrum methodologies*
* Act as a *Jira expert*, configuring boards, workflows, dashboards, reports, and automations
* Plan, manage, and run *sprints*, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
* Own backlog management: grooming, prioritization, dependency tracking, and scope control
* Serve as *Product Owner / Product Manager* when required, translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
* Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
* Track progress, risks, and dependencies; proactively remove blockers
* Ensure project goals align with business objectives and product strategy
* Maintain high visibility and engagement across all phases of the project lifecycle
* Support teams working with *AI frameworks*, understanding model lifecycle concepts, data dependencies, and deployment considerations
Required Qualifications
* *5+ years of experience* as a Project Manager in Agile environments
* Proven expertise with *Jira* (advanced usage required)
* Strong experience managing *Scrum teams and sprint cycles*
* Experience acting as or closely partnering with a *Product Owner*
* Excellent understanding of Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
* Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to stay deeply engaged in day-to-day project execution
* Working knowledge of *AI frameworks and AI-driven product development* (e.g., model training, iteration cycles, data pipelines, evaluation)
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
