Performing basic installation, configuration, and maintenance of LAN/WAN and server environments supporting DoD applications Performing routine patching, user-account management, and entry-level troubleshooting Bachelor of Science in IT, cybersecurity, data science, IS, or computer science (ABET/CAE) Alternative: Associate and four years experience or six years experience Active DoD Top Secret (or higher) Less than three years in basic system-admin duties (CSWF Basic) Certifications: One of: A+, Network+, CND, Security+, GSEC (or any equivalent DoD baseline) Proficiency with Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP) and basic Linux administration (RHEL, Ubuntu) Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V) and basic VM provisioning Ability to apply security patches, manage antivirus/endpoint protection, and perform routine backups Familiarity with basic network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG) and ticketing systems (ServiceNow) Strong documentation skills for change-control and incident reports Domestic travel: Up to 10 % of the year (? 2 weeks) International travel:
