We are looking for a talented consultant who specializes in Airtable and can architect innovative solutions with a focus on product development. Your role will be crucial in creating scalable Airtable solutions and integrating scripts, automations, and workflows to drive organizational effectiveness. Important: Applicants must be eligible to work on a W2 basis. $60.00 to $75.00/hr. W2 Responsibilities: Architect data structures within Airtable, managing linked records, lookup fields, and normalized relationships across various tables.
Evaluate Airtable's place in the broader data ecosystem and establish design patterns that ensure scalability and clarity.
Convert complex business challenges into straightforward technical requirements, defining expected outcomes and acceptance criteria.
Provide guidance to engineers on solution design and implementation strategies without needing to code directly.
Suggest scripts, automations, and integrations that enhance workflow efficiency and improve data transparency.
Develop comprehensive solution documentation and artifacts that clearly outline architecture and data flow.
Independently identify next steps, troubleshoot issues, and drive project outcomes autonomously.
Experience Requirements: In-depth knowledge of Airtable's framework, including linked records, lookup fields, data sources, and automation capabilities.
Proficient in modeling data and crafting scalable, maintainable Airtable bases.
Hands-on experience translating intricate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
Strong history of collaborating with engineers to deliver technical implementations based on well-defined criteria.
Proven ability to design workflows that leverage scripts, automations, and external integrations in addition to Airtable.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems proactively and take strategic initiative.
