Position: Quality Assurance Associate Key Responsibilities: Evaluate repair times and necessary labor operations.
Make informed decisions regarding repairs or replacements.
Assess pre-existing damage and conduct precise total loss evaluations.
Negotiate pricing with shop decision-makers and establish completion dates according to client guidelines.
Review and validate all supplemental requests.
Maintain accurate repair cost estimates and clarify claims and repair processes to stakeholders.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred but not required. Licenses and professional certifications relevant to the field are preferred. Experience: Four (4) years of experience in insurance or body shop environments is required. Skills & Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of auto appraisals.
Knowledge of client operations and applicable labor regulations.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other PC applications.
Strong analytical and interpretive capabilities.
Excellent organizational skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Sound judgment and discretion in decision-making.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to meet or exceed established performance competencies.
Experience with CCC One software is a plus.
