Recommending new ways to collect and utilize Voice of Customer (VoC) insights.
Translating customer feedback into actionable opportunities for site improvements and roadmap enhancements.
Partnering with Site Experience Managers to measure new features, experiments, and GTM strategies, while defining tagging requirements for upcoming updates.
Collaborating with Data Analytics teams on reporting cube design, dashboard refinement, and deeper analysis needs.
Working with tagging management partners to optimize reporting dimensions, segmentation, and data-quality rules.
Ensuring all reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
What you bring to the table: Strong ability to translate web behavior data into concise insights that drive business decisions.
Meticulous attention to detail in data validation and reporting accuracy.
Ability to partner effectively with product, UX, merchandising, analytics, and development teams.
Ability to segment audiences, build cohorts, and analyze user journeys to uncover conversion opportunities and friction points.
A strategic, data-driven mindset with the ability to proactively spot trends and opportunities.
Strength in simplifying complex data into clear, actionable insights for a variety of stakeholders.
Ability to extract data via Snowflake or similar SQL-based environments.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across product, UX, merchandising, analytics, and development.
A detail-oriented approach to validating accuracy, improving measurement frameworks, and enhancing reporting reliability.
Comfort interacting with senior leadership and external analytics partners.
Ability to manage recurring reporting delivery while supporting ad hoc analytical needs.
What's needed - Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
4+ years of experience in an eCommerce analytics role.
Minimum of 1yr experience of Adobe Analytics,
Experience with data visualization/reporting tools +Excel
Experience defining KPIs, dashboards, and self-service reporting processes.
What's needed - Preferred Qualifications: Experience with behavioral analytics platforms such as FullStory (session replay, heatmaps, funnel analysis) and A/B testing tools.
Experience with extracting data via Snowflake or SQL
