CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED : PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred) Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) (preferred)
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of experience in project management, including software/system project experience Experience with tools used for project management and reporting (MS Project, Planview, ServiceNow PPM, Clarity, Jira, etc.) and project team collaboration (MS Teams, SharePoint, ProjectPlace, etc.) preferred. Experience in all phases of project management on small-to-large-scale projects Business process flow analysis experience preferred Healthcare project management experience (e.g. hospital, health insurance, pharmacy, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.) preferred IT project management experience (e.g. enterprise software implementation/upgrade, hardware implementation/upgrade, IT infrastructure projects, health insurance product implementation, etc.) Proven success working in a highly matrixed environment Proven experience in managing multiple vendors Prior supervisory experience a plus Demonstrated technical skills and knowledge
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: PMI-based project management training Ability to apply agile practices to project/product work to maximize value delivery in an enterprise environment Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Planview knowledge (Enterprise One/Portfolios, AgilePlace, ProjectPlace) knowledge a plus Technical curiosity for system capabilities Ability to reach out across the organization and communicate with people at different levels, with diverse needs and agendas Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset Software and application knowledge with base knowledge of relevant technologies with experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Team building Facilitation Presentation skills Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent interpersonal skills Organizational change management (OCM)
Compensation Range: $89,500.00- $130,000.00
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
