Collaborate with team members to learn best practices, tools, and enterprise processes. Support reporting and measurement for authentication and access initiatives, including tracking adoption and enrollment metrics. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of training materials to educate end users on technical tasks. Participate in operational tasks to support ongoing cybersecurity initiatives based on experience and supervision. Assist in the installation and/or maintenance of physical hardware and networking infrastructure with oversight. Analyzing existing processes and recommending solutions that will bring added efficiency. Assisting with the management of IT asset inventory and supporting hardware deployment projects. Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Applicants must possess any education, training or experience necessary to perform all essential duties and responsibilities associated with the position. Education, training and experience indicative of an individual's ability to perform all essential job duties and responsibilities include the following:
Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Proficiency in the use of computers and business-related software, including Microsoft 365 suite. Basic understanding of authentication concepts, including passwords, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and passwordless authentication, and how authentication differs from authorization. Foundational knowledge of permissions and access control concepts, such as roles, groups, and least-privilege access. Ability to pass an extensive background investigation, including but not limited to a nationwide criminal record search and other relevant background information deemed necessary by WDC. Preferred Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
One of the following industry certifications: Microsoft (MCP, MCSA, MCSE), CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Cisco CCNA, ITIL Intermediate Prior knowledge or experience working with a Native American Tribe.
