This is an exceptional opportunity to practice alongside an established Orthopedic Surgeon, contributing to a collegial and multidisciplinary care environment committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered medicine. About the Opportunity: You will be joining a thriving practice at St. Michael Medical Center, collaborating with another experienced Orthopedic spine Surgeon. Inpatient care and surgery will be performed in our state-of-the-art facilities at St. Michael Medical Center. We are looking for an exceptional surgeon with excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to patient-centered care, and a collaborative spirit to further enhance our orthopedic services Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive orthopedic spine care to patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Perform a mix of clinic and operating room duties.
- Participate in shared spine call responsibilities, approximately 1 week per month.
- Collaborate effectively with your surgical partner, advanced practice providers, and support staff.
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, working alongside other specialists.
- Exceptional Surgical Skills: Proven expertise and a strong track record in orthopedic spine surgery.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues.

- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- Board Certification/Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Completion of a Spine Fellowship training program
- Washington State Medical License in good standing prior to start date
- DEA registration in good standing prior to start date
