We’re on the lookout for a technically skilled and solution-oriented professional to support our global affiliate partners. In this exciting role, you’ll:

• Collaborate with sales, technical, and support teams to drive seamless integrations.
• Lead technical workshops and manage integration projects from start to finish.
• Troubleshoot complex ad tech issues and deliver impactful advertising solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Digital Advertising Streaming organization in EMEA, spanning multiple markets where HBO Max is available.

• Support affiliate partners globally through effective communication and relationship management.
• Engage in pre-sales activities with the sales team to propose tailored solutions.
• Conduct workshops and presentations for the technical teams of affiliate partners.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical integration problems.
• Identify and share best practices with affiliate partners.
• Collaborate with support teams on complex escalations.
• Proactively improve API integration processes and systems.
• Coordinate project timelines and stakeholder alignment for smooth execution.
• Communicate complex technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with Freewheel is essential.
• Knowledge of ad servers (Freewheel), VAST, video ad serving, and Dynamic Ad Insertion technologies.
• Understanding of CTV Advertising and Data-Driven Advertising Strategies.
• Familiarity with SSP/DSP architecture and programmatic ecosystem interactions.
• Knowledge of privacy frameworks, especially in EMEA (e.g., GDPR, IAB standards).
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with project tracking tools (JIRA, Asana) and collaborative platforms (Confluence, Slack).

This role is offered as a Hybrid work model , combining remote and in-office work. This arrangement will be agreed upon with your Line Manager and may be adjusted based on business needs.
