Private, Physician-Owned Practice (Confidential Location Texas) Opportunity Overview A private, physician-owned dermatology practice is expanding and opening a new office in the Dallas Fort Worth metro area and is seeking a Lead Dermatologist to anchor and grow the practice. This is a rare opportunity to join a doctor-led organization at the ground level and help shape clinical operations, culture, and long-term growth. Position Highlights

Role: Lead Dermatologist
Practice Type: Private, physician-owned (no private equity)
Schedule: 4 or 5 days per week (flexible)
Setting: New office opening (growth-focused environment)

Compensation

$350,000+ base salary
Additional earnings through collections
Strong upside as patient volume grows
