We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in food service, kitchen operations, and dietary assistance. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment focused on providing exceptional meal experiences, with a particular emphasis on food safety and high-quality food preparation.
*Duties*
* Prepare and serve meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and menu specifications
* Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, cooking, and plating dishes
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
* Support catering events and special meal services as needed
* Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
* Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of culinary quality and service
*Requirements*
* Prior experience in culinary roles
* Knowledge of food safety and food handling regulations
* Experience in restaurant service environments is highly desirable
* Strong cooking skills with proficiency in food preparation techniques and knife skills
* Background in the food industry or kitchen experience required
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
* Flexibility to adapt to various shifts and responsibilities as needed
