Job Summary:

• Board certified / board eligible in general surgery
• Experience in upper and lower scoping
• Interest in bread and butter general surgery

• Join a team of two (2) FT general surgeons covering the east market; facilites covered are Mission McDowell in Marion, NC and Blue Ridge Regional Hospital (BRRH) in Spruce Pine, NC
• 10 days of call per month
• Dedicated APP support at each facility
• No robot at either facility

• Critical Access Hospital features 30 inpatient beds, including five labor and delivery suites
• The new facility also features an expanded emergency department and a state-of-the-art surgery center
