Job Summary
We are looking for QA Engineer III to support our fintech platform. This is a hybrid role combining manual testing and test automation, ideal for someone who brings strong testing fundamentals, clear communication, and hands-on automation experience.
This role partners closely with product and engineering teams to ensure high-quality releases through thorough testing, clear documentation, and reliable automated test coverage. This role is ideal for a Mid to Senior QA Test Engineer who enjoys both manual testing and automation, communicates effectively, and takes pride in delivering high-quality software. Experience in private equity is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
Execute manual testing for new features, enhancements, and regressions Design, build, and maintain automated tests (UI and/or API) Write and maintain clear test cases, test plans, and documentation Create high-quality bug reports with clear steps, evidence, and impact Review requirements and collaborate with product and engineering teams Contribute to test strategy and continuous improvement of QA practices Support CI/CD pipelines by maintaining stable, reliable automated tests Requirements
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Engineering Experience in both manual and automated testing roles Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript Hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks such as:
Playwright (preferred) Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO, or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ownership of quality outcomes Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript Hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks such as: Playwright (preferred) Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO, or similar Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ownership of quality outcomes Experience with AI automation frameworks Education/Certifications
