This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving, expanding private practice with multiple locations across Houston and its suburbs. This practice boasts state of the art facilities, spanning services across multiple different areas of Dermatology. Locations 6 locations throughout Houston and the Houston suburbs Position Highlights

Schedule: 3 5 days per week (flexible)
Patient Volume: Flexible, based on provider preference
Clinical Mix: Medical, Surgical, and Cosmetic Dermatology (flexible, tailored to the provider s interest)
APP Supervision: Not mandatory, but available for those who are interested

Compensation & Incentives

Base Guarantee: $350,000 $400,000 (based on number of days worked)
Collections Model:

In addition to the base salary, Dermatologists will earn varying levels of collections incentives, up to 50% over a certain threshold

Total Annual Compensation: Highly competitive, with top earners well above market averages

Candidate Profile

Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented physician seeking a collaborative, long-term home
Motivated by both high-quality patient care and financial growth
Minimum 1-2 years working in a Dermatology practice as a NP/PA
