We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while managing a team effectively. This role requires a strong background in food service management, team management, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in food production and handling.
*Responsibilities*
* Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
* Supervise and train staff, including assistant managers, to uphold service standards and enhance team performance.
* Oversee food production processes to ensure quality and compliance with health regulations.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost control measures.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
* Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
* Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, kitchen, and dining areas.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in food service management or as an assistant manager in a restaurant setting.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
* Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
* Experience in staff training and development is highly desirable.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
