This leader will be accountable for reshaping sales strategy, driving revenue growth, holding the team accountable to goals, and building a high-performance sales culture.

Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to consistently achieve/exceed sales targets.
Develop and execute a structured sales strategy.
Identify new market opportunities and prioritize target accounts.
Conduct regular performance reviews and accountability checkpoints.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, product, and finance to ensure alignment.
Build and maintain strong executive-level customer relationships.
Report sales results and insights to leadership weekly.
Key Qualifications: 7+ years in sales with 3+ years in a leadership role in Electrical/Data/ Construction industry.
Proven track record of growing revenue and improving team performance.
Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision maker.
Excellent communicator and motivator.
Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.
Performance Expectations: Clear quarterly sales goals tied to company growth objectives.
