Springfield, Illinois has a full-time Academic General Cardiology opening inside a well-established department with nine fellows and subspecialty depth in EP, interventional cardiology, and advanced imaging. The role offers a clean balance of outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and dedicated teaching time with no overnight call and a schedule built for the long haul.

Schedule & Call

• Active teaching role with cardiology fellows, residents, and medical students
• Participation in weekly conferences, Grand Rounds, and educational case reviews

Compensation & Benefits

• Generous base salary with additional earning potential
• $10,000 combined sign-on and relocation allowance

Who You Are

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
• Eligible for medical licensure in Illinois
• Interest in academic medicine, education, and collaborative care
• TEE experience preferred but not required
