As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a crucial role in providing quality healthcare services to patients. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care. \*
*Duties -*
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers - Monitor and assess patient health status - Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to develop and implement patient care plans - Assist in medical procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and IV therapy - Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques - Document patient information accurately in electronic health record systems - Provide emotional support to patients and their families \*Experience\* - Experience in DME (Durable Medical Equipment) management - Familiarity with eClinicalWorks, Epic, or other electronic health record systems - Knowledge of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) procedures and protocols - Experience in family planning services is a plus - Proficiency in patient care practices and memory care techniques - Familiarity with sonography procedures - Ability to assist with tube feeding for patients in need
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $30.00 - $38.16 per hour
