Pathology Physician

Pathologist Locum Need
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM + rotating night/weekend call

Coverage Dates (Weeks of):
Start Date: June 2, 2025 (or as soon as credentialed)
Ongoing coverage

Key Responsibilities:

• Surgical pathology sign-out

• Cytopathology sign-out

• Frozen section analysis

• Rapid onsite evaluation (ROSE) of cytology specimens

Case Volume:

• Surgical Pathology: 5,932 annually ( 16 cases/day)

• Cytology: 1,123 annually ( 3 cases/day)

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology

• Active NJ Medical License (or ability to obtain)

• Onsite availability with flexibility for call

• Familiarity with Epic EMR

• Support staff available
