Urology Physician

Coverage Needed

• Schedule: Typically Friday 8:00 AM through Sunday 6:00 PM, occasionally extending to Monday 8:00 AM
• Weekend coverage only, with potential weekday clinic coverage as needed to support provider PTO
• Weekend coverage is call-based - not required to be on-site unless called in
  • Call: In-House

Clinical Details

• Trauma Level: Level I
• EMR: EPIC
• Collaboration with Pediatric Surgery may be required depending on case type and schedule
• Role primarily involves inpatient and call coverage for pediatric urology cases

Requirements

• Board Certified in Pediatric Urology
• Active Illinois State License required
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• DEA Required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• CSR License Required
