Froedtert ThedaCare , a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician w/OB & C-Section for our Princeton, WI location. Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine with OB, C-Section, inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired

1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly

Join an established team of 1 physician and 1 APC
Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools

Clinic Hours : T&F 8:00a-5:00p Call Rotation : Reasonable and equitable call schedule spread evenly among all providers. ThedaCare On Call, a nurse triage service, screens all calls before transferring them to the on-call provider. ThedaCare Physicians-Princeton qualifies for the National Health Service Corps (NHSC), which supports primary care providers interested in serving rural communities through scholarships and loan repayment programs.

Income Details:
Two-year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start-up
Transition to a production-based compensation plan in year three, rewarding productivity and growth
Sign-on bonus offered to support a smooth transition into practice

$4,500 annual CME allowance
