Are you passionate about nurturing young minds? Brimpton House is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Room Leader to inspire creativity and excellence in our toddler room, catering to children aged 1-2 years. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our team to ensure smooth transitions and foster a nurturing environment for all.

- Assist staff in maintaining high-quality updates on the EyLog system and children's learning journals.
- Lead by example, promoting respect and credibility in your role.
- Support the key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
- Maintain accurate records related to children and staff on the EyMan system.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor.
- Understand and meet the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS.
- Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification.
- Essential: Over 1 year’s experience working in Early Years.
- Desirable: Over 6 months’ experience in a senior position.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Ofsted expectations for achieving a Good or Outstanding rating.
- Essential: Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
- Essential: Fluent in written and spoken English.
