Position: Nursery Practitioner

Type: Permanent | Up to 40 hours per week (flexible) | Monday – Friday

Salary: £13.50 per hour / £28,080 per annum

Available Positions: 3 (2 Full-time - 40 hours, 1 Part-time - 30 hours)

Located in a stunning rural setting, our converted barn nursery is surrounded by fields and features large outdoor play areas suitable for all weather conditions. We believe in the power of outdoor learning, and our bespoke forest school facility allows children from birth to 5 years to explore, learn, and develop through engaging activities and resources.

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
• Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning through play.
• Support children's development and well-being in a nurturing environment.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to foster a strong community.
• Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for all children.

Essential Criteria:

• Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification
• Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years
• Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Desirable:

• Experience working with babies under 2 years old
• Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations for achieving a Good or Outstanding rating
