Doren Inc, a sister company to the R.I. Lampus Company – the western PA leader in Concrete Block, Hardscape Manufacturing and Brick Distribution, is in need of a Lead Mechanic. We run a number of boom, buggy, and over the road flatbeds year round and are looking for a Diesel Mechanic to join our current team in the Springdale garage. Strong history of internal promotion and comradery as a proudly run family business.
This position is Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:00pm with potential overtime.

*Responsibilities include:*
* Provide preventative maintenance on trucks and company vehicles
* Computer diagnostics
* Road calls - when a truck or vehicle breaks down
* Complete PA State Inspections on trucks and company vehicles
* Performing work on brakes, clutches, welding and fabrication
* Ensure all vehicles are operable and in safe condition throughout the year
* Manage inventory for mechanical items to ensure proper operating conditions
* Review the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR), as submitted from each driver daily for mechanical issues noted for that vehicle
*Qualifications and Skills:*
* Must have a valid Class A CDL
* PA State Inspection License (Class 7) preferred
* Hydraulic telescopic boom experience is a plus
* Must be able to pass a drug screen
* High school diploma or GED required
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
