Rate of Pay:
$95,000 to $99,750 per year
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Responsibilities
Duties:
Research conditions in local, regional, national, or online markets. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and inform data-driven decisions. Research conditions in local, regional, national, or online markets through comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Analyze complex data sets using data visualization tools, advanced Excel, and web analytics tools to uncover insights that can drive informed marketing strategies. Develop predictive models to forecast market trends, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes using programming languages, machine learning models, data wrangling tools, and AI and Deep Learning frameworks. Create visualizations and reports using data visualization tools and advanced Excel functions to communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Segment customers based on various criteria (like demographics, purchasing behavior) through market research and data analysis using Python, machine learning models, SQL, data wrangling tools, and GCP to optimize marketing campaigns. Design and analyze A/B tests using statistical analysis and A/B testing tools to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing strategies and campaigns. Manage and ensure the integrity of large datasets, often working with database management systems. Create and maintain marketing data pipelines on cloud computing systems, using version control systems and data pipeline tools. Apply machine learning algorithms and AI techniques, utilizing programming languages and deep learning frameworks, to enhance marketing efforts, such as personalizing customer experiences or optimizing ad placements based on market research findings. Develop a Marketing Measurement Framework for upcoming new campaigns using web analytics tools and advanced Excel functions.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a related field and two years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or two years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. The position also requires two years of experience in each of the following:
1. Develop robust data pipelines with Azure Synapse, Python, Microsoft Database, and BI tools such as Tableau.
2. Design A/B testing strategies through the use of programming languages such as Python, complemented by statistical tools like A/B testing calculators.
3. Develop a sophisticated customer segmentation model using Python and machine learning libraries.
4. Build predictive models for forecasting marketing performance, utilizing Python, deep learning frameworks, and visualization tools.
5. Analyze and process marketing and business performance data through Excel, Python, and data visualization platforms such as Domo, Tableau, Google analytics and Google Data Studio.
6. Process and aggregate data via databases, SQL, and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to analyze data and sustain the data warehouse for future analytical endeavors.
