We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation of IT initiatives that support business objectives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and skilled at managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments while maintaining a strong focus on risk management, quality, and customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from initiation through closure Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and change requests Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership Ensure projects align with IT standards, security policies, and compliance requirements Facilitate meetings, stand-ups, and project reviews Drive continuous improvement in project management processes Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing IT or technology projects Strong understanding of SDLC, infrastructure, and/or application delivery Experience managing cross-functional technical teams Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana) Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies Background in infrastructure, cloud migrations, cybersecurity, or software implementations Experience managing vendors and outsourced service providers Core Competencies Leadership and team coordination Risk and issue management Planning and execution excellence Analytical and problem-solving skills Customer-focused mindset Why Join Us Lead impactful technology initiatives with high visibility Collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunities for professional growth and certification support Competitive compensation and benefits
