We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Territory Sales Manager for our team to grow our presence in the commercial foodservice market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of kitchen equipment—including cooking, refrigeration, and food prep systems—to restaurants, hotels, and foodservice operators within an assigned territory. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and technical product knowledge. P.D.E - Pay Depends on Experience Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in your territory. * Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, contractors, and kitchen designers. * Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales calls to understand client needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions. * Collaborate with distributors, dealers, and internal teams to support customer service and project fulfillment.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial kitchen equipment, foodservice, or capital equipment. * Ability to travel frequently within the territory. * Technical aptitude to understand equipment specifications and kitchen layouts. * Valid Drivers License
