is focused on designing, developing, and maintaining automation systems that elevate broadcasts for various sporting events. We seek a driven and skilled engineer eager to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to impactful broadcast technology. As a
Senior Software Engineer , you will be part of an innovative organization committed to building and maintaining complex high-performance applications that support our suite of broadcast automation tools. You will closely collaborate with production, creative, and operations partners to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions that enhance our core platform architecture. Your role will involve working with modern server-side and front-end technologies, including JavaScript, Node.js, and React, while applying your expertise in C#, SQL, HTML, and CSS to create seamless and engaging user experiences. We are looking for candidates who take pride in their craftsmanship, value attention to detail, and possess a strong curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain software systems that support live broadcast content automation.
Collaborate with diverse teams (engineering, design, production, and operations) to deliver efficient and reliable solutions.
Participate in architectural discussions and assist in defining long-term technical strategies.
Prioritize development speed alongside maintainability and quality using lean, iterative practices.
Mentor team members by providing technical insight and conducting code reviews.
Continuously learn and share new tools and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and creativity.
Basic Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in a technical or software development role.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of object-oriented software design principles.
Proven experience designing, developing, and managing MySQL databases.
Solid proficiency in C# and/or VB programming languages.
Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.
Ability to work collaboratively with technology, engineering, operations, production, and creative services teams.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
