As a Senior Technical Solutions Architect, you will collaborate across various functions to deliver comprehensive multi-tower solutions. In this pre-sales capacity, you will partner with Sales, Consulting, and Client Success teams to serve our clients effectively. Building robust relationships with both business and technical teams is critical for client satisfaction. Throughout the engagement journey—from discovery to solution implementation—you will often lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring a seamless handover to internal delivery and operations teams. Support strategic initiatives as the Lead Solution Architect for multi-tower projects. Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, and Delivery teams to develop effective pursuit, solution, and sales strategies tailored for Enterprise Clients. Facilitate discovery, assessment, and solution development workshops by engaging resources from consulting, operations, and product teams. Document solutions that align with client needs and adapt to evolving industry demands, focusing on transformation and re-platforming. Create mutually beneficial solutions for clients and Ensono during the deal qualification and execution phases. Drive innovation and stability within clients' current and future states based on their requirements and our offerings. Promote high-value service solutions in alignment with Ensono's capabilities. Present technical solutions and business cases to a diverse audience. Establish credibility as a trusted advisor through insights, technology expertise, and experience. Work with finance and pricing teams to develop straightforward pricing models and multi-year proforma projections. Assist in constructing pricing models for IT outsourcing and large managed services agreements. Collaborate with Product Management to advocate for necessary product enhancements and technological roadmap adjustments. Work across Finance, Product, Operations, and Legal to produce client proposals and contract materials. Lead the drafting and negotiation of SOWs and contracts, ensuring T&Cs alignment and risk mitigation. Engage in deal reviews and advise senior management on technical, commercial, and competitive aspects. Provide consulting and documentation post-closure to ensure smooth transitions within delivery, operations, and billing. Participate in industry conferences and consulting reviews. Below are the essential requirements for this position: What You Will Need: Experience as a pre-sales Solution Engineer or Architect in a service provider environment focused on managed services, infrastructure, and transformation solutions. Successfully closed 10+ IT Outsourcing, Cloud, Managed Services, or transformation deals with a TCV of $50M or more. A comprehensive understanding of the sales process related to complex technical solution selling, including ITO deals. Robust knowledge of financial, negotiation, and contractual nuances in IT outsourcing. Strong analytical and reasoning skills pertaining to technical, contractual, and financial matters. A broad technical understanding of data center, hosting, and hybrid cloud technologies. Expertise in hosting technologies, covering compute, storage, backup, security, End User Services, BC/DR, DevOps, and IT governance. Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid solutions is preferred. A deep understanding of IT services outsourcing solutions. Familiarity with Public Sector clients and an understanding of the unique SLED requirements including federal compliance frameworks will give you an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in MS Office tools. Experience in technical documentation to detail solution components accurately and timely. Adept at sharing knowledge and fostering teamwork across the organization to optimize client service. Capacity to manage high project demand, tight deadlines, and work effectively under pressure. Skills and Key Attributes: Strong presentation and influencing skills, particularly at the executive level. Independent, self-directed, and results-oriented. High empathy, self-awareness, and interpersonal abilities. Customer-focused with a team-oriented mindset. Education and Experience: 15+ years of experience, including at least 10 years in a service provider or cloud managed service environment. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or other technical fields. Relevant industry accreditations or certifications are a plus. Travel:
This position involves travel to various Ensono locations and client sites, with an estimated 40% of weeks requiring travel, higher in the initial year of service. Why Ensono?

Compensation placement within this range may vary based on skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to your salary, you may be eligible for a role-based sales incentive plan and an equity grant through our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
