The IT Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of a global Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementation integrated with SAP S/4HANA across AMER and EMEA regions.
The program spans multiple company codes operating across two ERP instances, with integrations delivered via SAP SDIS and MuleSoft.
The role requires strong execution focus, adherence to an enterprise Project Management Framework (PMF), and expertise in using Planview for planning, governance, tracking, and reporting.
The IT Project Manager will coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, and multiple vendors to ensure successful delivery from initiation through hypercare.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver the project end-to-end in full compliance with the internal Project Management Framework (PMF), including completion of all required stage gates, approvals, and documentation Establish and maintain the integrated project plan, governance model, RAID log, and executive reporting using Planview Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, and vendor organizations (Coupa, SAP S/4HANA, SDIS, MuleSoft) Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes Oversee all project phases: solution design, build, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare Coordinate changes related to supplier setups and process flows Provide accurate and concise executive-level status reporting, escalating risks and issues following PMF standards Operate effectively within a fast-paced global delivery model with strong focus on execution Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a delivery-focused IT Project Manager leading complex, global implementations 5+ years of hands-on experience using Planview as a primary tool for project execution, planning, reporting, and governance 5+ years of experience managing projects within a formal enterprise Project Management Framework (PMF) 5+ years of experience with ERP-integrated SaaS solutions; experience with Coupa and/or SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred Experience managing system integrations, preferably involving SAP SDIS and MuleSoft Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-regional, multi-vendor teams Strong communication, escalation management, and executive reporting capabilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-execution environment Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading global rollout programs covering multiple regions Experience coordinating ERP-related process changes such as supplier setup modifications Familiarity with enterprise procurement or P2P processes
