The Role Were looking for a Sales Analyst to join our Sales Performance team, supporting Sales Leadership with data-driven insights that improve performance, incentives, and commercial decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills and a genuine interest in commercial analytics who wants to develop into a well-rounded Sales Performance professional. Youll work closely with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams to turn data into clear, actionable insight. What Youll Be Doing Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities Build and maintain sales dashboards and KPI reporting (primarily in Excel) Support commission and incentive reporting processes Translate data into clear, commercially relevant insights Deliver ad hoc analysis for Sales Leadership Help improve reporting accuracy, efficiency and structure Collaborate cross-functio...
