• Centennial Heart at TriStar Horizon serves the greater Nashville community of Dickson, TN.

• We are part of a team of over 40 experienced cardiologists leading the local and regional area in specialized collaborative cardiac care
• Full time heart failure and general cardiology nurse practitioners in Dickson office
• General cardiologist rotating into office weekly
• Accredited chest pain center with a 24/7 STEMI PCI laboratory
• Shared Call Model of 1:4
