Infectious Disease Physician

Start Date: July 2026
Location: Nashville, TN Vanderbilt University Medical Center s Division of Infectious Diseases is seeking full-time physicians to join our team. We re looking for candidates with:

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in multidisciplinary care
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

What You ll Do:

• Provide consultative care on General Infectious Diseases inpatient service with APPs and ID fellows
• Engage in education for learners at all levels
• Participate in clinical or translational research
• Optional opportunities:
  • Musculoskeletal infections service
  • HIV inpatient service
  • Transplant ID service
  • Telemedicine consults for rural facilities
  • Antimicrobial stewardship activities
