Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Practice Overview

• You'll join a collegial team at one of several practice locations within a short commute
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers to deliver comprehensive care
• Expect to ramp up to 20 patients per 8-hour day, with potential for more
• Outpatient-only care with shared phone call responsibilities, generally no more frequent than 1:7

Schedule

• Select between 8-hour shifts over 5 days or 10-hour shifts over 4 days
• No inpatient duties, focusing purely on outpatient care
• Minimal call burden, allowing for work-life balance
• Flexible scheduling options to suit your lifestyle preferences

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range of $285,000 - $310,000, with productivity incentives
• Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
• Comprehensive benefits including PTO, CME allowance, and malpractice insurance
• Tuition reimbursement up to $50,000 per year

Candidate Requirements

• MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Open to J1 and H1B visa candidates
• New graduates welcome; training in rural medicine is a plus
