Experienced Neonatologist needed for Level 3 NICU in beautiful Redding, CA

Dignity Health Medical Group – North State is a 60+ provider multi-specialty group with care centers in Redding and Red Bluff, CA. We are a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation and aligned with Dignity Health, the largest hospital provider in California.

Position highlights :

• The ideal candidate will desire a role as Medical Director of a Level 3 NICU, and will meet CCS guidelines for such a role.

Compensation Package :

• $400,000 Base Salary (122 - 24 hr shifts annually.)
• Relocation and Sign On incentives available
• PSLF Eligible
• Group Paid Medical and Dental Insurance or "buy up" options
• Comprehensive benefits package including generous Retirement match (up to 6-11%)

• A valid and unrestricted California medical license
• Board Certification in Neonatla-Perinatal Medicine
• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
• Meet CCS guidelines for Medical Director
• 5-10+ years of experience
