45 hours per week We are looking for a Service Van Technician to join our team in a role that combines mobile work at customer sites with time in the workshop later in the day. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, diagnosing faults, and carrying out servicing and minor repairs on vans. A service van is provided for the mobile part of the role. Working Hours 45 hours per week Early start role: 4:00am
1:00pm , or 5:00am
2:00pm Some flexibility may be available for the right candidate Key Responsibilities Carry out vehicle servicing and routine maintenance on vans Brake replacement and mechanical repairs Fault finding and diagnostics Attend customer sites to complete servicing and minor repairs Complete vehicle inspections and defect repairs Spend part of the day working in the workshop as required Requirements Level 3 Mechanical Qualification (NVQ / IMI or equivalent) Clean UK Driving Licence Experience servicing and repairing light commercial vehicles or vans Ability to work independently while carrying out mobile work Desirable Level 2 qualification with IRTEC certification may be considered Experience with fleet maintenance or mobile servicing Diagnostic experience Pay & Benefits Salary: £42,120 per year Company service van provided Opportunity for training and development Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Flexitime Free parking On-site parking Work Location: In person
