OVERVIEW The Receiving/QA role ensures all incoming products are accurately inspected, recorded, and verified for quality. This position requires detailed attention to inventory data, product research, and physical condition checks, contributing directly to inventory management and product integrity within the organization as it pertains to receiving.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Accurately enter product quantity and weight information into the computer system. Follow software prompts and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency. Inspect, count, and verify all incoming products with attention to detail. Identify damaged products and make basic decisions on acceptance or return. Conduct thorough online product research to confirm quality and accuracy. Learn and retain key details of frequently handled products to support efficient processing. Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a safe, organized work environment. Perform other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Basic computer literacy and comfort using digital systems. Ability to read, write, and follow written/verbal instructions. Physical capability to bend, squat, reach, and lift over 20+ lbs. Willingness to work in environments with varying, and sometimes extreme, temperature conditions. PREFFERED, BUT NOT REQUIRED:
