The Office of Information Technology (OIT) ), in a multiyear effort encompassing the daily management of application services in systems analysis and programming activities, as well as support in achieving Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) level 3 or above.
Contractor Responsibilities.
a. Manager, Applications Development Task List. The Contractor, through the Manager, Applications Development it provides, shall perform the following tasks as necessary to complete work for the OIT as assigned by the Department's Contract Manager:
1. Coordinate systems analysis and application development activities through direct and indirect staff.
2. Direct development teams in scheduling, technical direction, future planning, and standard development practices.
3. Participate in budgeting, capital equipment processes, and quality improvement activities for the Department.
4. Meet scheduled milestones to ensure project/ program objectives are met in a timely manner and has an in-depth knowledge of the principles, theories, practices, and techniques for managing the activities related to planning, managing, and implementing systems analysis and applications development projects and programs.
5. Support OIT in achieving, obtaining, and operating at a CMMI maturity level 3 or above.
