PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and InTune platforms
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Servers
• Perform server and workstation patching
• Administer security monitoring and vulnerability scanning solutions
• Administer system inventory and performance monitoring solutions
• Administer endpoint remote management and security software
• Administer server backup jobs and related solutions
• Administer email filtering and secure DNS solutions
• Develop procedures and documentation for all supported systems and applications
• Prepare management and technical level reports for all stakeholders
• Respond to inquiries from users for tier 1 and tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting
• Perform after-hours administrative activities and respond to after-hours service requests
• Resolve service desk tickets as assigned
• Ensures compliance requirements are maintained for all supported solutions
• Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent practical experience. At least three years' experience in system administration Knowledge of VMware or similar virtual machine environments Valid Illinois Class D Driver's License. Some travel is required •

Team oriented with collaborative working style Self-motivator that manages time well and can manage multiple tasks concurrently Proven analytical problem-solving and business communication skills Administer and maintain cloud infrastructure services (e.g., Azure, AWS, or hybrid environments) to ensure uptime and scalability. Participate in incident response and disaster recovery testing activities. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting or other automation tools.
