POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads the development of branding and consumer marketing strategies for University Health System. Conducts market research and works collaboratively with physician leaders, business development, finance, operations, and the executive team and across the organization to identify strategic opportunities to grow brand preference and market share for key service lines. Creates, implements and evaluates comprehensive marketing plans to advance awareness and brand reputation for University Health. Develops monthly departmental and executive leadership reports on consumer metrics, campaign results and return on investment.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE A Bachelor's Degree, in Marketing or a related field is required. Significant prior experience in the development and execution of a successful marketing initiatives is required, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Demonstrated experience in business development, market research, marketing plant development, traditional and digital advertising, customer relationship management systems, and social media is required.
