Systems Engineer
on our Platform Engineering Team in Hopkinton, MA.
We build enterprise-grade, massively scalable cluster-based storage systems running across Linux and BSD. Our portfolio includes a multi-petabyte S3 object store and a scale-out NAS platform. We’re a modern, scrum-based engineering org that ships with high velocity and quality, using the best tools, hardware, and practices. As a Systems Engineer, you will contribute to building a best-in-class platform stack, the foundation upon which these products are built.
Support the hardware architecture team
to deliver a complex storage appliance with the highest quality and best in class features Perform qualifications
on hardware components (Drives, DIMMs, cables, switches, etc.), Perform lab operations
to support performance testing, customer failure replication, network configuration and hardware component qualification Solid knowledge and application of engineering concepts and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions Scripting experience (Python preferred)
Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments ~ Networking experience ~ Proficiency in at least one of
C/C++ ,
Java
, or
Python
