Job Role: SEN 1:1 Support

Hours: 10 hours per week (Part-time )

Salary: £12.21 per hour

We are on the lookout for a dedicated SEN 1:1 Support to join our vibrant pre-school team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting the development of children with SEN through engaging sensory play and supportive daily routines.

As a SEN 1:1 Support, your main responsibilities will include:

• Creating stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to each child's age and developmental stage.
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the nursery.
• Ensuring the smooth running of daily activities while prioritizing the safety and well-being of children, staff, and families.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships, and reporting any concerns in line with company policies.

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:

• SEN Experience: Desirable but not essential.
• Fluency in English: Essential for effective communication.
• Experience in Early Years: Desirable but not mandatory.
