Position: Nursery Room Leader - Preschool Room

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £29,536 per annum + £1,000 welcome bonus!

We are on the lookout for a passionate Level 3 Room Leader to join our Preschool Room team. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM . A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification is essential, and please note that this is a year-round position.

• Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
• Enhance children's physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
• Assist staff in maintaining high-quality updates on the EyLog system and child learning journals.
• Lead by example, promoting respect and credibility in your role.
• Implement an effective key person approach to foster secure attachments.
• Maintain accurate records related to children and staff on the EyMan system.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor.
• Understand and meet the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS.

• Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification - Essential
• Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - Essential
• Over 6 months’ experience in a senior position - Desirable
• Knowledge of Ofsted expectations for a Good or Outstanding rating - Desirable
• Understanding of the statutory framework for the EYFS - Essential
• Fluency in written and spoken English - Essential
