Description We Invite dedicated healthcare professions to become a part of our dynamic team at the newly expanded Medical Center of the Rockies Emergency Department. This is your opportunity to join Loveland's only Level 1 Trauma Center at a pivotal moment of growth and innovation. We are also recruiting for multiple shifts, and multiple FTEs, at our other North ED facilities (Poudre Valley Hospital, Greeley, Harmony Road, and West Greeley (FRED). Work nights, earn more - our Night Shift Incentive Program pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) Location: Medical Center of the Rockies (Loveland), Poudre Valley Hospital (Fort Collins), Harmony (Fort Collins), West Greeley FRED (Greeley) Department: ER FTE: Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Nights Pay: $35.29 - $54.71 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience In addition to base pay and night shift differential, full time night shift RNs are eligible to participate in UCHealth's night shift incentive pay program upon completion of orientation. Minimum Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience.
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
  • ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire. CPI, TNCC/ATCN, and ENPC within 1 year of hire.
  • BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Emergency Department:
  • Direct care includes Emergency Department level of care up to and including level 1 trauma designation
  • BCEN's certification standards are included in evidence based care models
