Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Keep the warehouse organized and tidy.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Participate in inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Report any damages or discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Capability to handle physical demands, including frequent bending, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse processes and logistics .
- Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE .
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced setting.
